El Paso Art Museum is really awesome! It was a great surprise! Something for everybody! One of the current exhibitions shows Wayne Hilton artworks. I was amazed by the variety of the colorful, richly ornamented dresses on the particular skeletons! Every detail was so carefully created. No question, Mexico is the place, where you easily […]
Nina Katchadourian is brilliant! I’m so lucky to have seen her sparkling exhibition in Stanford! She has many great concepts, but one of my favorites was her “Lavatory Self Portraits in the Flemish Style”. Positano is a wonderful place! And this wonderful place has a really special collection of shop-window dummies: hand-painted plywood figures. They are amazing! Many different characters! Something for everybody! They look handsome in their special way. But one thing is true: they are constant in this constantly changing world. They have been attracting customers for […]
I fell in love at first sight with Peter Meller’s graphics. They are refreshing, sparkling and full of humour! Exactly what is important in real life. I recommend his exhibition in the MNG, the Hungarian National Gallery. By the way, the permanent exhibition there is also breathtakingly great. http://mng.hu/temporary_exhibitions/passion-and-irony-peter-meller-and-the-graphic-imagination-122800 http://mellerworks.com/
